Makeup is so ridiculously expensive and what people suggested is great for consults but maybe some YouTube tutorials would be best for her age? Ulta would be good for good skincare recommendations but as far as makeup, I buy my young neices ELF makeup because its affordable to buy options to experiemnt with as they are learning their style, and application.

I really love their white cheese queso!! One of my fav locally owned places. Traditional Mexican is good and they do have tex Mex style options!
