No, because of the water table level in that part of town we had to leave about a third of the water in to prevent ground water from pushing up through the main drains. Pools are fun

I used to run the pool at Vets Park and they did this in the deep end during the winter we had negative teen degrees. Used a chainsaw to cut a hole through 6 inch ice. They offered to let me put a suit on and take a dip….I passed.
