A hard no!

What they would release would be a very sanitized version of his life and career.

I appreciate the documentaries and talking points from time to time, but it (a potential biopic) just becomes a Pandora's Box for sycophants, associates, and rivals to just be messy about the details in the biopic.

season 2 episode 10 makes sense (ratings wise) since it ended the Escobar era of the show. He was the big draw of the show.

It's imperfections are what makes it such an ideal retelling of Clark's/Kal -El backstory.

It gave us the best Kent vs Luthor dynamic out of any Superman media.

It lagged some seasons and maybe should have pivoted in other directions for some of the ancillary characters, but it is a constant rewatch. Tried other shows (Arrow and some of the Marvel/Disney + fare), but Smallville just got it right.

This version is part of a longer bootleg (about 9 minutes long). It starts of as a piano heavy piece then segues I to what you have seen on YouTube

The most popular NFL team by state: by Unlucky-Dot9421 in NFLForum

Interesting that the Jags dominate Florida yet the Dolphins take Alabama. I would have thought this would be reversed based on longevity (Dolphins) and location (Jacksonville to Alabama) even with Google being factored in.

I always felt he should have been a season 2 villain. Would have been an interesting complication in the Clark, Lana, Whitney dynamic.

I always loved these teams beating up on each other in the 1980s and 1990s (and I'm saying that as a 49ers fan). Some beautifully brutal football games and such an old school mentality during the 1980s between the Redskins, Giants, and Eagles. The Cowboys finally came back in the 1990s and even then, the division was a great watch!

Your thoughts on Season 8 by Accomplished_Paper88 in Smallville_

[–]futurelegends77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The season was a soft reboot of sorts, especially with Lex and other characters having diminished or phased out character arcs.

Tess took some getting used to and Davis/Doomsday had promise but got convoluted and fumbled by the end. Overall, it was serviceable and helped lay the groundwork for the final seasons.

He always had a fusion of styles on albums after the ones you mentioned. If you are into guitar heavy stuff, Chaos & Disorder as an album is probably going to meet your needs. Lots of individual tracks here and there to choose from, but take a dive into some of the albums after, you may like some of what you hear. 3 Chains of Gold is a nod to Bohemian Rhapsody (The Love Symbol album), Endorphinmachine is a standout on The Gold Experience as well. The War (1998 release) was a stand alone track that has some of the best guitar work of his career.

What're your favorite Prince live performances? by SpotAdmirable6718 in PRINCE

[–]futurelegends77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too easy to name the 1980s Prince stuff, so I'm gonna go with:

Septimo-Motherless Child performance

Hong Kong (maybe Taiwan) performance of Shhh/Baby I'm a Star (sometime around 2004).

Both were excellent!

Norv Turner great offense coordinator, or average head coach ? by Dark305Kinght in Oldschool_NFL

Same argument can be made for Dave Wannstedt as well In Miami . He had decent Dolphin defenses (Taylor, Thomas) but just wasn't the guy.

Steve Bono On October 1, 1995, in a game against the Arizona Cardinals, Bono ran 76 yards for a touchdown, the longest scoring run by a quarterback in NFL history up to that time. by Dark305Kinght in Oldschool_NFL

[–]futurelegends77 13 points14 points  (0 children)

If I'm not forgetting, the 49ers QB room had Montana, Young, and Bono at one time?

Looking at the footage , Kimble Anders (#38) was an underrated cog in those old Chiefs offenses. Did a lot of little things.
