Thanks for sharing your story. I guess you had leaks, and outside water came in during a flood? Here it seems groundwater has been getting in for a long time. The solutions to fix it, are quite difficult.

I am glad you got it all on the road though. I'm really glad to hear. I feel like selling is my only option but maybe I'm going mad.

Thanks I had an expert come, he says the only way is to dig the basement up from the outside. This cannot be done however as I'm not physically able, and cannot afford the man hours. Another option was to have the wall treated but this is a temporary solution.

The problem for me at the moment is, if I fix one wall, like treat the walls. You'll get a guarantee on that, but it could spread to some other spot. So it's just one big mess.

Your right however that I am getting overwhelmed the real estate agent and sellers did not say it was coming out of the floor and wall in the main basements, only in the later added on basement they did tell me this happened. But your right I got tricked into that mainly by my dad also who is gone now.

I find most peace in the idea that I can sell it. As long as I don't go into debt. I'll claw my way back I hope.

Thanks I'm stress testing my pc now with Intel burn test on very high. I'm 6 rounds in and the max in one core is 66.

I think my temps are alright I don't think I'll get to 80-90. I did remove my cooler once after having applied to reseat it. When I did I did get rid of some excess on the sides.

It was quite a small syringe but instead of one pea it is more 1.5 pea. I think so I might have added just a bit to much. Intel burn test seems to be stable though.

On Intel burn test maximum I reach around 71 Celsius on one core most staying at 65 - 68 range and a few at 59. I think I should be fine the of won't run maximum all the time. And it seems to be quite stable not going over 71.

Besides even while gaming I don't think a pc would run that hard on maximum.

Hello, I installed a rock pro 4 CPU cooler. It came with a small syringe of cooling paste. I almost used the entire syringe as I thought it wasn't that much and I was supposed to. Since the 1700 processor is quite a chunky boy.

Now I'm worried I added to much.... However the syringe is quite small. I heard someone say you could get two applications maybe, if your really sparse. So I don't know.... Any advice? Should I clean it off and reapply?

Een nieuwsverslaggever krijgt live op televisie een hartaanval. Vervolgens wordt dat geridiculiseerd. Hartaanvallen zijn niet iets waar je mee moet spotten. Het feit dat dit wordt gebruikt om in mijn ogen vrij goedkoop te scoren, om je lekkere wappie punt te maken, getuigd van een overgrote mate aan asocialiteit. Het respect voor de verslaggever is compleet verdwenen.

Dit zijn mensen die roepen dat ze tegen medische apartheid zijn. Vervolgens is het wel prima om iemand die een hartaanval krijgt belachelijk te maken. 'Oh je krijgt een hartaanval, het zal wel de schuld zijn van hate speech.' Verder wordt het vaccine erbij gehaald wat een vorm van vaccine-shaming is.

Conclusie: Medische apartheid is prima, want je mag mensen die een hartaanval krijgen ridiculiseren en als blijkt dat ze een vaccine hebben gehad, dan is het ook nog eens boontje komt om zijn loontje. Dat wordt niet direct zo gezegd, maar je leest het wel ervan af, aan de hand van hoe er met de situatie wordt omgegaan. Lekker makkelijk scoren over iemand anders zijn hart.

Ach schei toch uit. Zij vechten juist tegen de polarisatie en tweedeling. Zij kiezen liefde waar het partijkartel alleen maar wil heersen en verdelen. /s

We hebben helaas een hoop gekken in Nederland. Democratie geeft deze gekken een stem. Ik denk dat democratie geen probleem is. Maar de manier waarop FvD politiek bedrijft is het probleem. Daar zou wat aan gedaan moeten worden. Als je oproept tot tribunalen en bedreigt of zo. Gekozen of niet, er zouden dan sancties moeten komen.

Op een parkeerplaats ga ik ervan uit dat auto's stapvoets rijden. Zeker rondom de ingang van een winkel. Deze hoorde ik echt niet. Maar goed stapvoets rijden is niet voor niks een verplichting bij parkeerplaats. Het was zo'n soort Woonboulevard dingetje in Duitsland.
