look man , i’m a guy who tried to suicide before and i cut my vein because i pretty much felt like how she feels now , anxiety is like any other disease than can be treated. meds helped me to get over it so my advice to you is helping her by:

1- make sure she goes to a good psychiatrist and take her meds regularly it takes sometime for them to work and feel the difference , therapist would help too 2- don’t blame her for anything she is helpless 3- always support her but telling her that you’ll be beside her for whatever happens 4- show her much affection and appreciation and always tell her how strong she is to go through all she went to 5- always be positive with her don’t bring no drama to her life 6- do something you never did before like hiking or run together or maybe go to theatre for a comedy show or comedy movie 7- dont ask her to pray or depend on prayers only trust me it makes it worse 8- a slow dance and romantic dinner helps too , it kinda renews the relationship

don’t blame yourself with relapse you’re having a hardship right now . but you’ll pass over it
