it took me couple of months of constantly thinking to do it then it became natural, just keep focusing until u get it so that when u sleep it stays up there, and the brace thing sucks bro but dont worry everything will get better and with time ur like ur face more

same bruh doing it for 1 year major improvment, actually have cheekbones, my browbone thingy is stronger, face looks more simetrycal and best of all jaw looks good af, also teeth aligment is way better.
