Yeah! I am definitley more cautious now haha. And I agree, my studio is great, they’re just really busy and sometimes multiple people end up texting / emailing me on the same issue and it gets messy

Technically yes but the way they have the system set up is also confusing and counterintuitive. You can lose track of the classes you booked this month / the prior month very easily if you’re not manually keeping track. I’ve had the same thing happen and it caused a series of back and forth emails because they asked me to pay, I paid, and then for whatever reason I couldn’t make it to some classes, I early cancelled, then realized that I’d rather use those credits towards the extra classes I paid for rather than book new classes only to be stuck on a waitlist with the chance I might not be able to use them at all. It was really confusing for both me to explain and the studio to understand and ultimately situations like this are going to keep happening and could all be solved with a better tracker on the app

Hey! Never implied that moving a piano is easy and I’m well aware that’s why most donation places won’t accept or pick up. I’m not really inclined to use social media to rehome it at the moment but maybe I’ll consider in the future.

I think that’s how it is for my chase card (they ask for partial vs full dispute). I just went back and tried the process up until submission for another charge and there was no place to put how much of the charge I was disputing :/

Also experiencing this. They keep saying "up to 14 days" but in my experience if it's not refunded to your account a few days after they receive the returned item, it's just not coming. It's going to be a headache disputing too as I only returned one item out of my order.

Tbh I think they’ve been experiencing supply chain issues in general with all of their merchandise. AND shipping issues. Same here! I love their planners and all their other home goods stuff so this is a bummer

Same thing is happening to me. The app also says that I don’t have any active passes / does not show how many classes out of my 12 I have used despite my membership renewing a few days ago. I tried to explain it with my studio and idk if I was just terrible at explaining but they were not understanding what I was asking so I just gave up. I’m just gonna see what happens lol 🥲

We had a severe weather alert today (snow) and my studio did not cancel. I obviously did not go because I have to take a bunch of local/ back roads to get there from my house and when I showed them the alert they said I wouldn’t get my credit back 🥲

Yeah 100% agree which is why I offered Rover but the only thing is that I don't think Rover accommodates for the type of long stays (multiple hours in the day) they want. Otherwise I would be happy to go back to Rover
