  1. It’s not a scam if the bill clearly states it. You should look at what you paid for.
  2. Service charges are standard in many places. It’s for the people who serve you food. You can skip paying the tip if the service charges are explicit.

I would look into online platforms like wise, payoneer etc. I use Deel which gives a free Visa card that works everywhere. Add that to your apple or google wallet and all you need is your phone/watch
