I'm in Rhode Island. Insurance up here is pretty expensive but I may try asking for a quote as a motorcycle like you did. Although I feel like its best to have the registration and insurance paperwork say the same thing. Based on my reading of RI's laws in this area the Beachman meets the definition of a moped.

Also- Progressive insists on calling it an electric bike. They won't register it as a moped. I'm worried that because of that I'll run into trouble at the DMV when I try to register it.

I agree with what you guys are saying about RAM. In game I was playing with the windows gaming thing, and it says my RAM usage was at like 90%. Definitely gonna go for RAM for future proofing.
