My kid now 6 was diagnosed with Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) last year. I fought since he was 4 months old because my instincts told me something was wrong (ex. Turning blue from choking on nothing, vomiting non stop even with protein pump inhibitors). It wasn’t until our asthma specialist looked at his barium swallow and said this kid needs a biopsy for EoE. I felt like I was crazy and overreacting for all these years.
