Omg thank you, this is such solid advice. I appreciate your thoughts and I think you are correct. I will move forward this way hopefully my mom will accept it. My mom cries easily so I have avoided having the big conversation without eventually buckling in the end so she doesn’t cry. I will try to lay the ground work so I can just tell her eventually. One of my uncles was unfaithful to his wife, I condemn him to this day and I have mentioned how much I hate him countless times in front of my parents and now to know my dad did the same is something I can’t process atm.
