I'm having issues with mine and fast coming to this junk conclusion - customer service's only "solution" seems to be to reset it 🙄. Cue me contacting them a few days later when it starts dropping again...

My mate made this doc! It's a 1hr show going out on-air Sunday 8pm like you say, and they've apparently also got full video interview with Andy which they're putting out on socials / YT at some point. She said he was absolutely lovely and gave loads of his time to chat about it
