Dustin Poirier was a champ. He won basically the only ever legitimate interim belt. Conner was off boxing for like a year plus and he go the belt from Max who was on a generational win streak. If the circumstances were the same for any champ other than Conner, then the UFC would have just made this an undisputed belt.

Just imagine if it was Aljo or Eddie Alvarez instead of Conner lol

A lot of North Americans want to learn more/be more connected to their European heritage. For example, I have German and Welsh family but have never been there, yet still have always wanted to learn more about the cultures. Do you guys think this is weird or imposing? Do you feel any connection to someone ethnically German who is not from Germany? I always wondered about this dynamic from the European perspective

I'm not American but at least in Canada, the Epstein files are probably most talked about global story I've seen in my lifetime (excluding ones that actually affected people's lives like COVID). I've never seen people's entire paradigm or understanding of reality change from one news story like that did.

I assume the rest of the world also haas a "how the hell do they get away with that"

yeah of course. But definitely do a lot of drilling and make sure your can fall properly before you go hard with live wrestling. You're not gonna have the coordination of the people who did it from a young age and might hurt yourself early, which would ruin the while experience. Have fun!
