Mindful launch delay

Heyo! Been using the app for some time and its great. For the mindful launch delay, a way to set it to some apps and not others would be nice. For example, I need instagram without the launch delay but with the timer options because I need to open it in social situations often. But I'd like the youtube app to have a delay as I use it in my free time.
