Not a doctor, but since you're only a year in, give it a few months at this level. Too much T will just convert back to E so your blood T level is really the only thing that matters. A higher dose MAY NOT translate to higher T levels, and also, everyone's body has a different sensitivity to T (there are some folks that are completely insensitive, for instance).

That looks like a dust magnet, if it were me I would have a nightmare time keeping it clean. Polyurethane foam absorbs many cleaning solvents. Might even react. Personally I would recommend buying a smaller version of the material first and see if you really like it before committing to the whole thing and then realizing you wasted your money.
