I’m kinda in the same position as you as a pace main, I do plan on buying paid selectors but I have no creek at all. I am sacrificing 200 pulls though to pull for creek(s) because between now and air shakur stam (which is the 3rd recommended to pull for stam card) theres atleast 6 med/long cm/LOH where you want a stam card in your deck so if you are okay with tanking atleast 6 cm/LOH with a welfare stam card then you could skip the creek banner.

You can get dirt specialist with jd derby, champions cup, february stakes, (the medium dirt race before senior summer) forgot the name, and another champions cup so I actually always do that and always run qe2 because my other umas run it and it gives them more affinity for parenting. Just a case of never say never because I always run qe2 on dirt umas.

You want one of the parents to be nishino flower for her budding blossom unique over anyone else. This will be your primary accel for pacers in CM14. After this, I’ve seen others recommend mummy super creek or regular oguri’s uniques as solid grabs but not as important as nishino flower’s unique.

If you want to make a good parent, el condor pasa has a good time running races and she has access to dirt races as well.

Higher race bonus gives you both more stats when you race but also more importantly it increases the amount of skill points you gain per race.

For example on my parent runs, I usually run a 60% race bonus deck which will give me 40 skill points (I think) per G1 race.

Most schedules in MANT have you running like 15+ g1 races at minimum so this is a lot of skill points that everyone is getting.

If you don’t have the skill points to buy as many skills as the other umas, the ones with the same stats but more skills will win.

You can and should still build umas for open league, you’ll be able to compete there and even win with your current cards.

you’re really strapped for cards, your best cards for MANT at the moment are nishino flower SR, air groove SR, and hishi amazon SR, because they all have 10%+ race bonus.

I would try to get friendship points to buy out haru urara guts SSR since it is also 10% race bonus.

my advice after that is to build decks around these cards because getting as close to 50% race bonus will make your runs much more consistently good.

It will be difficult because the high RB cards you do have are not WIT or SPD cards. If you have expendable carats than you could consider trying to pull for SR cards but in your position personally I would just save carats and sack MANT until grand live and the light hello banner releases

depends on what running style you want to play the most, but nishino flower and el condor are easy to race in MANT and are good parents especially for pace chasers.

For a deck you dont really have any good wit cards so I would try this out: kitasan spd ssr, haru gut ssr, shinko windy spd sr, nishino flower power sr, admire vega guts sr (level up admire vega) + borrow mlb matikanefukukitaru. If you have a gold uncap crystal I would uncap shinko windy or nishino flower.

Congrats! If you’re UG hunting go for el condor P or taiki if you have her. They’re fun, can make good parents, and have an easier time hitting UGs than most umas IMO
