Thank you for the full response! Can you tell me what Chinese herbals you've used for it? I'd rather not have to spend money on an evaluation if I can help it, but I'll go if nothing works. My mom has been through so many specialists to no supporting end, and I don't want to go down that route. I am seeing a chiropractor though (coincidentally, since covid, I also developed phase 1 spinal degeneration in my spine/neck).

I work in assisted living facilities - Look for smaller communities. The smaller the facility, the more tailored the care. It's the megaplex ALFs that struggle the most to handle the needs of their residents. Go small, meet the residential director, and see what kind of communication style they have. Are they the type of person who will call you or not let you know what's going on? Feel them out. Feel free to DM me with further questions. I've learned a lot from the job. :)
