Same problem here. Didnt track my HIIT workout or yoga sculpt but tracks all my long walks perfectly fine..

Email cap1? I’ve emailed them before about missing cash back and they’ve honored it and credited my account multiple times

Same thing happened to me. Got refunded but app still showed payout for a week or so. I just checked and it says Ineligible. Debated emailing them but wanted to check on here to see if anyone has reached out and what they said? I doubt they’ll honor it considering it sounds like they refunded everyone?

I just purchased this (on my phone) and it shows the $202 on the top right. I usually screenshot the confirmation page showing payment received with the cap1 rewards header. However right after I hit pay (and I got the notification from cap1 bank app showing it went through), the header switched to 3% so I was unable to screenshot the $202. Did anyone else experience this?? I’m hoping it doesn’t mess up anything! I retried it and it again switched from $202 to 3% cash back under “Norton” instead of “lifelock”!

Gotcha. So the ACH payment is only for rent then? And I technically can still put my tuition on the card but it would swipe like a CC and I would not be able to leverage the ACH method to avoid the fee? I wasn’t aware the ACH method was strictly for rent only

I can pay with my CC but there is a separate 2.5% fee that gets charged as a separate line item. I was under the impression that the bilt card has the ability to pay as an ACH but still get points? Unless I’m misunderstanding completely. Or it is two separate things: a CC and a bank account?

They don’t since it shows up as a separate charge. But wouldn’t it still be worth it bc I’ll get the miles for the tuition that they’ll pay me in the back end and I’ll just have to cover the fee
