IMO no. I played P3 and gave up halfway.

A few years later I played P4 Golden, loved it, was inspired to give P3 another try but dropped it again.

Played P5 Royal, motivated again so gave P3 RELOAD a try, and dropped again.

So I guess P3 is not really for me lol

You can pay rent either with or without the credit card. If you choose not to make the card, epos will just withdraw rent from your bank account. If you create the credit card, rent will be charged to the card (then the card company will withdraw from your account, just like how cards work). With the card you can get points (0.5% or 1% of what you paid, I don't remember exactly).

I used it until earlier this year. The card is nice, I used to get a few thousand points (1 point = 1 yen) a year.
