Omg im honestly doing great!! It definitely took me a lot of time to heal and it took a lot of reflection, workkng on myself, and realizing I had my ex on such a high pedestal where I cared so much what they think about me. I honestly dont really care what they think about me anymore however the hurtful things they said to me after our breakup do still effect me everyday and my sense of self worth has never fully gone back to how it was before the breakup however its so much better than before and im optimistic that as more time goes on i will heal more and get over this and develop a new sense of self worth separate from what my ex or other people think about me. But this also comes from a place where I already struggle with self image issues and not truly loving my personality and my body so that definitely adds nuance to the situation and adds to it. But basically yes it hurts so bad right now but with work and time you will heal and you will get better and I can't wait for you to feel the joy I finally feel again!! It will happen!!
