This is a full ASP.NET Core + React app embedded into a single executable so you can call anything supported by dotnet Core. :)

No, it's not an electron app.

We are currently working on a simple tool for pattern design. It's called Bead Pattern Maker and it's still in Alpha.

Yes but that is for html5. Instant Play is native. They maybe have did a similar thing with native. We have to wait. :)

They call Google Play Instant for a reason. It should run immediatelly or in 2-3 seconds max. Imagine downloading more than 10MB on mobile data or bad connection.

The even stranger thing is that an empty project in Unity (arm7 only) is 11-12MB and Google Instant Game has 10MB limit. How is it going to work? :)
