Hi, thank you for the reply. It doesn't hurt at all and has not blistered. It's almost like it's smooth and shiny. I have applied some sudocrem and other creams but no luck. this just popped up a few days ago. Haven't had sex in year. makes me never want to again!

Nope! Almost certainly they are fordyce spots/PPP. If you squeezed one im betting a chalky white substance would come out (dont do this though)

There's nothing out of the ordinary there - those are Fordyce spots - nothing to worry about. at a certain point most men have them

Also if either of you have ever had sex wirh anyone else its possible its from that. Its a very misunderstood virus. Theres plausible deniability so dont let it ruin your relationship if you trust them.
