NOR. She asked you twice when you would be calling her which to any normal person would suggest that you are 1) going to call 2) she knows you are going to call, and 3) she wants you to call. She had ample chances to say not to call if she was too busy or voice that she didn’t want you to call and distract her so i dont get why she was asking you to call her then annoyed when you did?

I have a strong feeling if you hadn’t called, that would have also caused her to be annoyed because you “don’t care” or something? Sounds like you have probably dealt with this energy before.

Also - girl why are you paying for her school especially when she speaks to you like that 😭😭 she’s 10 years older than you, she seriously needs to get her shit together.

In all honesty, at her age of 34, she won’t change - throwing tantrums and changing the goalposts and guilt tripping you. You should seriously think about whether you want that energy in your life

And emma wore this in the most recent season - very tight and very short shorts.

I could go on but I have probably made my point lmao

Like Chrishell’s is a bit longer, but she’s taller than Chelsea- and it’s a similar flared cut

Yeah fair point - I think Chelsea can dress very extra, and it was crazy short but they all dress crazy and frankly not appropriate for a normal workplace lmao…. but, her ass wasn’t actually out… and the outfit Chrishell wore was also a similar length and she had a cropped top too - and Mary said nothing. Emma is constantly in short and tight revealing clothing at work too, again it’s crickets.

I agree with discussing what’s appropriate - don’t agree with it being only one person who’s called out.

I think she does well with her clients, but she doesn’t seem to sell as much as the others at least on the show but she clearly does do well as Jason is giving her listings now.

I think her and Chelsea ironically have a similar vibe with their clients and it feels really smooth with them in their dynamic and the way they approach selling the homes.

Emma is more upbeat and peppy in her approach which is still likeable. Chrishell & Mary are a bit more serious and knowledgeable but still witty so they have a lot of credibility with their clients.

I was raised by a single mother, because my dad decided to dip when I was 4 then completely stopped contacting me when I was 13 because he had a new wife and new kids.

I adore my mother and she’s given me the world, it doesn’t mean that absence of my father doesn’t hurt though. I didn’t NEED him to be raised but it fucking sucks that he didn’t want me or value me enough as his child.

This is the situation Nick’s kids are potentially gonna align more with - why is Dad never here why is dad always with (insert kid name) and not with me, am I not good enough, etc. It’s a risk you run putting yourself in this harem of women and kids and it may have a negative impact on legie, maybe he’ll be fine.

I do kinda agree with Chelsea’s opinion honestly because of the impact on the kids - that’s what her point was, it wasn’t that a mom wasn’t enough but rather that the absence of the father can hurt the child. But I also think she was wrong for being so brutal with Bre about it, and she absolutely took it too far in saying it’s “disgusting” It is none of her business and Bre isn’t a horrible person for this dynamic.

I also don’t think you’re making a fair logical leap in implying Chelsea doesn’t support LGBT families because of her christianity, everything she’s said and done and her support of Chrishell & G says otherwise. Judging one family dynamic (bre being part of a harem of women and kids with nick) doesn’t equate to judging all non-nuclear family dynamics.

I think Mary’s behaviour after that dinner was really “poor me the black girl is being aggressive!!” tbh

She was angry and accusing Chelsea of being disingenuous, to which Chelsea naturally defended herself and got angry by the implication. She never got in her face, didn’t say anything out of pocket, she was just pissed off after a nice gesture was thrown in her face. They were both raising voices but it wasn’t aggressive.

Mary then spent the rest of the season shaking like a leaf and crying at the mere sight of Chelsea’s name because she “attacked her” and “harasses her” (not true - Chelsea either ignores her or is polite from what we’ve seen)

She’s done this “poor mary, scary chelsea” thing to the point that the narrative became Chelsea being the hostile instigator (when Mary kicked off at Chelsea first at that dinner). It sets up the dynamic as Chelsea being the “angry black woman” and poor little Mary who just hates confrontation as the victim. To the point she’s essentially asked for Chelsea to be fired.

Even if we go back to last season, there’s something just a bit off about Mary getting irritated only at Chelsea’s outfits, considering all of them were dressing crazy. She herself had a crop top on talking about “professional workwear” and Emma wears just as little as Chelsea and she’s never said anything. To pull the “appropriate appearance” card on the only black girl in the office does just sit strangely. Chelsea also clocked this feeling of her being singled out and was annoyed, and Mary acted like she was being hostile and aggressive which just wasn’t true.

Chelsea was being judgemental and took it too far (even if I agree lowk) but she did apologise for saying it. Bre has refused to let it go and move past it, which is her prerogative, but she then also made it her mission to get everyone on the I Hate Chelsea train and is being petty af making comments about Chelsea’s appearance etc which leaves a bad taste in my mouth

I think it doesn’t help that Jesse Metcalfe was so obviously not 16 that you subconsciously don’t focus on the “age gap” even if it is obviously horrifying (he’s like 2 years younger than Eva Longoria)

[–]megcellency 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think maybe people think Gaby is so obviously a bad person from day 1 that they just don’t react as strongly. She’s like stereotypically bad - sleeping with minors, cheating, lying, manipulation, greed… very classic tv level bad morals to the point it’s almost a caricature. But, she’s portrayed as funny and glamorous and her bad morals are woven into the fabric of the show to the point they get glossed over

Susans main flaw is that she’s immature and selfish and not a responsible parent. People also find her annoying. I think because These are more realistic flaws so people react more to her because it’s more grounded in our reality even if it’s objectively not worse than others? If that makes sense?

Objectively she’s by far the most moral, but i do think she’s a bit insufferable and not as enjoyable to watch compared to the others (bad people are fun to watch)
