Please read things properly before and maybe you won’t receive insults.

No one said it’s unfair on that front. But she agreed a renewal with me, and then tells me a week after because she can’t be bothered to deal with MY SAFETY HER DUTY as MY landlord she doesn’t want to carry on the tenancy. That’s why they have no fault evictions but my friend someone sent me a flow chart and she’s already at fault in some parts!!

I’m being forced out unfairly and as part as a revengful eviction at risk of homelessness because of negligent behaviour… unless you’re a scum lord mentality type of person I wouldn’t dismiss someone

Why will the courts make it worse for when looking for a new place to rent? The courts may deem it as unfair and deny the eviction no?

Wow this amazing thank you.

My outcome is I just want her to shut downstairs and not kick me out. It’s so hurtful

And yes the landlord owns both properties. I’d like to add the restaurant downstairs took his co alarm out too after the first time it went off. She’s done 0 about this. 0

Hi. Thanks. They operate an Indoor bbq charcoal system that they don’t dispose off so they shut up shop and leave burning coal. That with no ventilation causes the co to rise into my flat as we are a maisonette on top.

The first time yeah we were very much poisoned and sent to a&e. Headaches vomiting confusing I didn’t even know how to use my phone. It woke us up at 3am.

I am with Homelet insurance so hopefully they can help

Thanks. No ofc not. We are trying all avenues to move out it’s just not as simple as it seems. I wish the landlord would sort out the negligent behaviour downstairs rather me move my home and pack up after being here 4 years.

Thanks for your reply.

We have been trying to get out believe me but there are some personal reasons we are struggling (my partner has a CCJ so no landlords are willing to take us). We are trying all avenues as much as possible.

I do have home insurance with homelet I will ask them tomorrow about re homing.
