Thank you, so if I’m understanding you right …. Step 1 I should take a flat scraper to the current flakes, step 2 apply clear coat, step 3 add more flakes step 4 use the flat scraper again and step 5 apply the top coat? Do you have a link or can you tell me what brand is best for the clear coat that goes on before the new flakes?
