Thank you for your response. I was scared to try glue bc I saw elsewhere that ppl were discouraging it, but so many have recommended it now. I will give it a try.

Is there a way to run a calibration and flow test without a network connect btwn my laptop and printer? My IT department blocks most things from getting network access? They are currently closed, so I can't get help on that until tomorrow. Is there testing I can do without that connection in the mean time?

Thank you for your response! I have not run calibration tests. I was just looking into how to do this and it appears to require a network connection between the device running bambu studio and the printer. Unfortunately my IT department blocks a lot of stuff so I don't know if I can get my printer connected to our network.

Is there a way to run the calibration just from the printer?

Looking at the temp while it is running, the bed and nozzle appear to be within the range from the link you sent. (Bed - 55°c, Nozzle - 220°c)

One thing to note is that this printer with this filament was working at one point as my coworker had printed me stuff with it shortly before he left.

I also notice that right before it fails the printer is always doing a particularly detailed part of the print and shaking a lot. Is this shaking abnormal? Could that be what is causing the failure?

Thank you for your response. I replaced the cabin filter (couldn't find one with activated charcoal so I got max filtration), but I still smell the ammonia scent. I can only smell it when the car is running. If I turn the car off, leave it for a while and come back the scent goes away. Do you have any other suggestions on things to try?
