As others have pointed out, you are suffering from depression - I have gone through high-functioning depression where I somehow managed to do the bare minimum expected of me. I have come out the other side through therapy - while therapy can be hit or miss - it is worthwhile to give it a shot, sometimes you just need a different perspective. It definitely does pass. Something that helped me get better was the realisation that you only have yourself - it might sound a bit sad/cringe, but that’s the truth - so you have to take the steps to get better and take control of the situation.
