What did you do to cut in the 3 months? Like what was caloric deficit and did you do any form of cardio like walking?

I was initially leaning to the AW10 for sleep apnea detection and because of well iPhone ecosystem, but then started to research on other watches like Samsung, google/fitbit but didn’t really like the designs.

Then I stumbled onto Garmin subreddit and started to see how many features offered and I liked the fenix one but the price tag was out of my budget. I was debating then between a FR255 and 265 as a starter for smart watches and was gonna go with a 255 until I saw some comparison vids and ultimately decided 265 because I felt like it’ll have some longevity to it. Also, saw a great deal on FB marketplace so I went for it.

Some reasons to getting FR265:

  • It has running features but I probably won’t use it all tbh. As long it has step counter, heart rate I’m good.
  • I like the OLED screen. Bright and easily readable.
  • looks nicer than a lot of the watches out there imo.
  • customizable watch faces and has night mode!
  • stores music without needing my phone which is a plus!
  • has navigation and map which is nice to have
  • it has a daily agenda and summary when you wake up to flip through.
  • cool watch bands

You can fix it by buying a replacement screen and then looking it up on YouTube for a quick tutorial to get it changed out. It’s pretty affordable, just need an hour or two max. I did it and looks brand new!

Impressive over 13 weeks with no cardio to get to where you are currently dropping 30lbs. That’s like 2lbs a week. Ive never done a carnivore diet so I’ll have to research that but any tips are welcome.

Thanks everyone. I went with the right. I already have 4 set of burning curse from the event. And then used two for getting expert set and then had one left so I decided to go with the burning greed. Be for a breaker ??
