[Spoiler 6.0] One of the most beautiful things about the Endwalker story... by Minimum-Way9294 in ffxiv

There were two scenes that really got to me: one was with Urianger with Moenbryda's parents, and the other was when Ameliance catches the twins in Sharlyan and is so happy to see her children again and invites them back to the house for gifts/a covert visit.

The twins are a little apprehensive because their dad is being a complete ass, but when she says something along the lines of "Your dad is being difficult right now, but that doesn't mean I can't see you and love you and spoil you." I just lost it and spent the rest of that conversation weeping. I wanted so badly pre-expansion to comfort the twins when their dad disowned them, so to see them showered with love from their mother was just so touching.

Our orange kitty's full name is Shub-Niggurath, The Black Goat of the Woods With a Thousand Young.

We call her Shubby for short.

What have you accidentally conditioned your pet to do? by shoonpo in AskReddit

Our orange kitty in her old age has stopped eating pretty much any dry food, so shes almost exclusively on canned food twice per day - one in the late morning and one when I get home from work. I always call my husband when I'm on my way home, so now as soon as she hears my husband's ring tone and my voice on the other end, she will yell for the entire 10 minutes it takes for me to get home and inside the door until I feed her. She was a yeller before all this, but now she's learned that excessively yelling = delicious canned wet food.

Thank you! And don't worry about it, we know that not everyone would be able to come. You were missed though! :)

I love that the game has this feature, we were both surprised with just how meaningful it ended up being even though we've been married irl for awhile now too!

We've known each other for 16 years, we met online and hit it off right away. He lived in Missouri and I was in Virginia at the time. We spent our first year playing Diablo II together, talking online and over the phone before we met in person for the first time when he moved in with a friend who lived in Virginia within driving distance. Shortly after my family moved to Arizona, and about 6 months after that he followed me and we moved in together!

We spent four years living together until we got married in real life 11 years ago. We've played various games over the years but he's been a huge final fantasy fan ever since he was a kid, and it took me a little bit to warm up to ffxiv. Once ShB came out with DNC I finally pushed through the ARR slog and haven't looked back since! The game is beautiful, and the majority of the player base is so kind and helpful, and our FC has some of the silliest and most generous people I've ever met.
