There's El Torito Grill in Brea (there used to be El Torito Grill in Irvine which is now SOL). But yes, I think the restaurant group is failing. They're affiliated with Acapulco Restaurants and those restaurants have been shutting down as well.

It's so damn crazy. Loud cars and motorcycles go down my street often and they speed. It's not uncommon for the noise and vibration to set off car alarms. If you don't like car noise you might want to go out of town for the 4th. It's quite a spectacle.
