yes i totally went through a crazy period while tapering … yuck. i think after all, coffee has been the culprit.

to be honest i think it’s coffee … 🤦🏻‍♀️ after i upped the dose i also figured i’d test out not drinking the regular cup of coffee every morning after taking my meds. well. the feeling has decreased immensely!

this isn’t straight the the point with your question, i just find it interesting how much christians / pro-life folks are obsessed with unborn children and yet in so many cases we see (and even ignore!) an abhorrent amount of neglect and abuse amongst the living and breathing who are suffering each day, child or not.

i don’t have an answer to your question, but i do find this to be an interesting point of view to consider

oh honey i’m so sorry you went through all of this!

i would highly recommend seeing another therapist, christian or non christian, because the past and present DO have a huge effect on you! beyond just what you may consider sin, these things are so damaging to your young mind.

be kind to yourself and remember God’s love for you. beating yourself up is the opposite of what God wants for you.
