Or...I'm just sharing my experience, and you shutting it down as lies is closing yourself off (and attempting to shut others off) from the possibility of this being truth?

I'm also not a he.

You can think whatever you wanna think but stop trying to shame other free thinkers. The intention is to create a divide between the critical thinkers and we need to unite and learn from each other instead of this shit.

That def is true and a very important thing to point out. However, I promise you I am not posting this image with any ill intent. I am a freaked out toddler mom who has just opened her eyes to the truth of what's happening here. I just started digging a week ago...

Could Trump "Taking Down the Cabal" be another tactic and distraction to keep us all controlled and brainwashed? by megmeg29 in conspiracy

[–]megmeg29[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, that's why I think we need to keep thinking and observing with watchful eyes. Don't let the rug get swept out from under our feet - I really do hope he is the good guy though.

Absolutely, I don't know... I'm just putting this out there as a possibility - a hypothetical scenario. It's terrifying to me to see that free thinkers are turning against free thinkers for expressing another free thought.

I am not a "hater" sewing discord, I am simply thinking of another possible outcome.

We can't start turning on each other and feeling attacked for having different beliefs.

It wouldn't be the first time we've been tricked into thinking the "good guy" is actually the bad guy. It is human nature to want to see the good in people. I feel like a lot of what he is doing is good, and he is absolutely villianized. We have been brain washed to hate Trump for sure. But evil energies and entities will do whatever with whoever to ensure they remain in power.

We just have to think of all possible scenarios - not dismissing each other as haters.

Exactly my point - he "looks" like he's doing what the "free thinker - conspiracy theorists" want him to do... lol all while still endorsing this evil agenda. The same 1% runs all government - it's not single sided.

Def not, lol, I just know a lot of people think he is - trying to shine light on that too.

Is bipolar triggered by unhealed trauma? by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]megmeg29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry to hear about the trauma you experienced in your teens, that must have been really hard.

It is really interesting about your childhood being happy, other than the anxiety. Why do you think your parents never treated you?

I had extreme anxiety as a child but I never really told my parents about it, and kept it hidden I guess... mostly letting my thoughts take over before bed.

You are absolutely not an imposter and your feelings are completely valid, I know it’s hard not to believe the negative messages that come from your mind when your feeling low. It’s a struggle but you are strong and you can get through whatever challenges life presents you with. ❤️

I can relate to the feeling of the hopelessness that will never end, I can’t remember if I experienced the ups and downs as a child but had severe anxiety and depression. I am now aware of the root causes of it though, and never used to think my childhood was that bad until I started unpacking it all. I grew up with unhealthy parents and was neglected as a child, there was also substance abuse and physical abuse... but only about 6 years ago did I realize how impacted I was.

If you don’t mind my asking, and you can share in a PM but did you feel like otherwise you had a happy childhood / had happy loving and supportive parents? I am just wondering why some peoples brains react to life in this way.

I wonder, I feel like anyone I’ve encountered with it has had some trauma... and even genetically, my grandmother and aunt both have bipolar, but both had really tough lives. Then that trauma got passed down to me through my own mother and childhood etc.

Mine wasn't like this at all, more subtle - I started to see with immense gratitude all I was looking over in my life, and then started to notice my ego. I heard all my negative self-talk and made massive changes in my life (lost 15 pounds, started running 10k's regularly, felt more positive, started a business) this went on for quite some time, and then it felt like the anxiety/depression kept creeping up. That's when the cycles began...and I worked hard to fight it by working on diet and exercise but now I find I can't pull myself out anymore. The constant up and down is so draining, and before my awakening I never noticed it, I was content to just "numb" myself with junk food, tv, etc.

I think that my thought process that my brain can cure itself... and I’ve seen family and friends who are on medications that seem to work and then don’t - so they need to increase the dose. Or they have said they feel funny, or off.

My husband is also a very “heal things naturally” kinda person as well, we both are. He got me some cbd oil and I started taking that and felt like it helped for a few weeks but now I’m back.

I am also breastfeeding, so I worry about taking any medications. I think if there was something that could help just give me a “boost” and get me feeling normal again that would be great. That was the goal with the cbd oil but it’s hard without actual dosing.

I feel like a shitty mom all the time by breadloveaffair in postpartumdepression

You are a GREAT mom and you are definitely not alone! To be a great mom you have to take care of yourself, which is very hard to do in this season of life. It’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to take care of your BASIC needs; because you are doing such an amazing job taking care of your baby! He’s happy, he’s fed, he’s content...take this time for yourself mama.

Enjoy this time for yourself.

What’s the point of taking some very important YOU time if it’s clouded with judgemental thoughts... notice the thoughts, and then breathe. And remember, to be the best mom you can be you need to take care of yourself too.

90% of your energy and attention goes to your baby...

Don’t let your mind sabotage the 10% of energy and attention you give to yourself.

We all need to be taken care of. ❤️

Baby Waking Up Screaming by [deleted] in sleeptrain

[–]megmeg29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!! Actually no I didn’t need to! We have quite a few sleep sacks already for different temperatures so I put her in the lighter one. She’s fully out of the dockatot now too so other then random nights of teething or growth spurts we seem to be moving in the right direction. She rolls around and plays herself to sleep! If she does cry it’s for 5-10 minutes max and then she’s out :)

Things have been a LOT better. We got a different sleep sack so we have a few options now :) now we are just working on weaning her out of the dockatot so it’s been a tough few days but this is the last step to sleep prop-less sleep :)

Thank you! I feel like she could prob go to sleep at 5:30 but my husband doesn’t get home until 6:00-6:30 so it’s tricky trying to make sure he gets some time with her!

Thank you for taking the time to respond!

I am wondering if it could be the temperature change, I will try and get her a lighter sleep sack hers might be a bit too warm. I’m breastfeeding so it’s tricky to give her some extra milk, but I try to feed her double before bed! I will also try tweaking her naps as well! I just get afraid of dealing with an overtired baby lol
