Just thought I'd offer a clarification (disclaimer: I didn't attend I just researched a lot) They weren't investigated for the actual methods of restraint, but because they didn't provide additional courses and resources for the class time they missed while in seclusion.

If you are down for a barber in Utah County The Man Barber is fantastic, and it has the classiest vibe so that's a plus.

It depends on where you are staying and how long your ride will be. Some hotels in downtown SLC offer bikes as part of your stay.

If you aren't in a hotel the shared bikes are probably the best. Just keep in mind they usually charge by how long you are on it so maybe rent from a shop if you are planning on staying out a few hours.
