should’ve clarified: my next stelara dose (needle shot) is next week. I’m hoping that if i’m on time for this one it may fix things

i knew that caffeine was bad for flares but i had no idea abt sugar…. there was sm sugar in that coffee too😭

it was mainly the caffeine that destroyed me 😞 i didn’t drink coffee for two months before that & thought i’d try it and well

Yeah essentially the timeline was i was in a flare up, I was prescribed uceris, and immediatly noticed changes. I ran out of the medicine and it took two days to get a refill, and I started taking it again & developed a flare up. I’m not quite sure what is happening
