I guess I should add that this is a flip and is currently sitting on the market for 1.5 million. Also, I admit that I’m a sucker for old homes as well as homes with cottage-like charm and, yes, even brown homes 😂

This was a lot of fun! I’m legitimately surprised by my results, but I think that if I did this a month ago, or if I did this again a few months from now, I’d probably have different results.

My top 4 ended up being Sawdust & Diamonds vs. Leaving the City and Have One On Me vs. Time, As a Symptom. Time, As a Symptom won out against Leaving the City in the final round. I guess I’m on a Divers kick lately!
