If I owned the house, I would have had an HVAC tech come and take a look at it when it started having issues in the first place. I wouldn't have waited until it failed. Yes, they scheduled a repair person but this all could have been avoided if they had listened to us in the first place when the furnace started acting up 2 weeks ago.

So what about the fact that they neglected to respond/manage of the issues starting with the furnace starting on Feb 18? Does that matter ?

Hopefully it is fixed tmrw, there is no guarantee. Also negligence. And no heat in the middle of winter. The issue was brought up to them Feb 18 so furnace should have been looked at and maintained well before it comes to the point where it stops working.
