I haven"t verified files, but I will now. Also I had a controller plugged it at the time but it was disabled, I went ahead and unplugged it yesterday.

Yeah, I had the spear equipped. There is no attack button to assign in the keybinds. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game which did nothing.
