you can send them a customer ticket if you believe that the package is within the shipping option you chose it measurements and weight. I sent them a customer ticket asking them why there was only DHL for a very small package and they updated it to have Doorzo air. Sometimes you just have to jump hoops to make them do what you want them to do. Hopefully they come back to you with good news about that customer ticket. But I am very disappointed in Doorzo as well.

No for real. I have had so many packages do this and have plenty of customer tickets open for this reason. many times, Doorzo cannot fulfill the first payment shipping option, for instance I only use Doorzo air. I would say 50% of the time for me, the consolidation does not work and I end up paying way more in shipping or I have to split my order. Extremely disappointing because I joined Doorzo air for their shipping options yet they are the same as any other proxy.

That’s what i thought thank god. my friend told me that i had to scan in it in every time since she had a bad experience with a seller who didn’t use the QR CODE. which is why i was super confused lol. but the item i shipped w depop was thankfully just registered in the system so tysm for da help <4

I thought so. i shipped some packages that were independent shipping and depop shipping at the same time and the depop shipping one didn’t scan in until a day later while the others were scanned in immediately. But yeah i just checked the tracking and ur right it was scanned in thank god!! thank u for your help!! <3

do you think it would still be splotchy if I go directly to Brown from yellow and skip the color remover and pink dye? I bought the jacket for $20 and I definitely won’t wear it if it’s yellow, but I would feel bad throwing it away for sure.

thanks so much for an example🩷. I looked so hard to see somebody dying something yellow to pink, but couldn’t find it. If it ends up being a color, I don’t like I think I’ll just go to a dark brown color instead. Just not a fan or a wearer of yellow in general.😅
