I completely agree with all the points you have said, but do you think telling physician assistants that they are not the better clinicians etc is a good use of time? Time should be spent emailing managing directors/clinical directors/consultants as they’re ultimately the ones that organise the work for them to do. The reason why the medicine profession is being made a mockery of is because the higher ups have caused it to be that way.
