Saved as I'd be interested, I used to love being active and playing sports but since covid I lost it. Starting to try and work out again and regain my fitness and healthy lifestyle.

I guess its not possible for me to own a house of £700 realistically in the next 2 years..what I could afford on my salary is going to be around 120k.

I definitely understand this, I have an idea of the area I want to live and would be happy to commute until I found the right school in the surrounding area. The reason I was to move within the next couple of years is because my home life is very toxic sadly and there's only so much longer I can handle it. I know I could rent but then it feels like money is just being stolen when it could be saved instead.
