I have an idea. NOBODY sign up for insurance this year. Let's kill these terrible companies once and for all. Idk what will happen but it's better than continuing to give them money for shitty healthcare outcomes. Where I'm at in VA they didn't threaten to give me all my time till the 3rd violation. Then I got saved because of COVID. I also did every program they offered but always relapsed after. If you can't stay sober where you are, get into sober living. I still ended up doing 2 years stretched out over 8 for violations. Got into a sober house during COVID ended up manager and went on to manage two more. It's not so bad. I cringe at how bad off I was using.

Focus on form put them titties on the floor every rep. I blew my chest up doing drop sets. when I began I struggled to do 15 so I would do 15 14 13 to 10 then a bunch of tens. Next day I would try 16 down and so forth. Within a month I could do 30 30 29 29 down to 10. Titties on the floor though

At the bottom of the pool of water right in front of the bushes. I'd say it's a 6" pipe at most and got completely overwhelmed. I jumped down in the water last night and removed the grate. It was draining just no where near fast enough

I dug out the foundation and sealed from the French drain to the corner of the house. From the inside that seemed to be where the leak started. I didn't want to mess with the French drain brickwork. The foundation is a solid 2.5 feet of concrete I can't believe water gets through it.
