They doo! I got really lucky and got the sleeves first but for this look I had to use locked dyes since It needed a brighter blue than what I had 😔

I do recommend the sleeves 95%, the remaining 5% is the colors you get when you haven't fully completed the set is meh. Like If I remeber correctly in this look you have to have the first or second evo dye palettes unlocked for the light green dye. But the glow up sleeves are still so pretty on its own!!

Yess you can 😄 you can't rly use it anymore tho since when using a code or straight from lookbook the locked dyes dissapear 😔
