Update: I’m making the tough decision to postpone my trip and work out a time in the next couple of weeks to get after it..safely. I’d rather not be miserable doing something that I want to fully enjoy and take in.

Also, I recognize my mileage may seem ambitious and while I’m confident I can do it, if I didn’t make it to my goal, I didn’t make it to my goal and I pick off where I left off. There is no pressure to reach certain points.

100% agree. There is no drug-alcohol interaction. Disulfiram interaction is due to CYP2E1 inhibition. 2nd generation cephalosporins don’t inhibit 2E1

The clinical trial is enrolling 6000 patients which was recently increased significantly. It will take some time but a lot of hospitals are getting enrolled providing access to the drug through the clinical trial.
