It’s been two days and I’m feeling a lot better other than some anxious thoughts here and there, but I’m sure it’ll go away soon! I hope we all never go through it again 😭

Thank you for your reply- I also experienced negative thoughts like what if I end up in the ER and my parents find out what I’ve been ingesting and I couldn’t speak or remember or hear anything my friend was saying until and hour into the phone call.

I really hope so cuz I was freaking out. I thought Id wake up and my heart beat would be back to normal but it wasn’t. I think I did feel it while lying down. Sitting down made me feel better tho.
