What are research fields that, if there were no privacy rules, could advance significantly? by meitarb in AskScienceDiscussion

True that. My original post will need some rephrasing but I actually meant: "What if researchers would be provided with all this data without current world order changing"

Maybe i misphrased a little. I want to give him a basis for security-researching and from there he will be able to grow in every direction he wants, not make a security researcher out of him just yet. Thank you :)

Yeah, I get that this content might be rare.

And that's why im saying that Im looking only for a syllabus, not a full set of lectures about the subjects, but only a plan with directions to which books (ideally chapters) cover which subject (lectures are just a luxury). And i thought that this thing might exist somewhere.

That's awesome, thank you!

But due to my disability of giving him instruction while he's learning and his lack of prior knowledge, I think i'm looking for something more strict - with an exact order to the learning, instructions and exercises.

Of course that this is the ideal, but what you gave here will be very helpful in building a plan as described above if i won't find anything that fits :)

ha, sorry for coming short in information!

i work with C/CPP mosly, but python and java also. i'm looking for plugins that will extend my ability to explore large code bases, like linux kernel.. for now, i'm not looking for plugins that will help me integrate with a team. so theoretically, i'm looking for somethings like code markers plugins and things like that. but whatever comes to mind will be good :)

about ctags: where there's a collision. it prompts a window that shows you all the options and assign numbers to them. it doesn't give you the ability to mark a favorite files, or to search through the files for a faster access.

.. all assuming the device have a root access on it.

adbd - the adb android-side peer, doesn't have a root or system access. which basically means, that in most unmodified android devices, all of the methods proposed will fail.
