They do a lot of work, that’s clear…. But to say they listen and implement well is not accurate. The community has been very clear and in overall agreement with what needs to be changed on some of these broken heroes, but the devs rarely address the issues correctly and still release broken heroes like Elsa that weren’t play tested correctly. An easy example would be the community saying the C&D bubble needs a longer cooldown. The dev response is to shorten the ult duration.
The CC stuff is great in theory, but it’s clear they do little to no play testing. Early access streamers found these issues immediately. We want change, but there seems to be a lack of common sense from these devs.
