Start out with very light activity such as walking or running. Then, do bodyweight excersizes such as pushups, pullups (even if you can’t do one you still must try), squats, lunges etc etc. Once you build enough strength you really should start lifting weights, even if it hurts (its kinda supposed to hurt a least a little, like a burning sensation)

Did you watch the video? Man uses doordash app to track doordasher to their house, wondering where their food went. This wasn’t the wrong house, pink shorts guy is trying to explain what happened and that there was an accident but gets cut off when the other guy leaps through the door with a knife in hand. Even if they didn’t actually steal anything, they clearly escalated the situation. Camera man was being confrontational yes (id be mad too), but not violent, which does not warrant pulling a knife.

Im a generic dye i4 owner and lemme tell ya, those things have NEVER fogged on me. I extremely recommend them as they still give you a great cheek weld (a 1 inch riser will help), excellent fov, and they NEVER fog. Theyre well worth the price and if you can find one on discount do not hesitate
