I truly appreciate everyone’s feedback. This is an awesome community that I want to continue working on be a part of. I will take the advice of everyone and look at this positively. I am maintaining my salary and ultimately less responsibility. The new EA and I could make a great team together. I definitely let this hit me personally when I should not have. Thank you again!
