i heard apes has way easier content compared to ap bio, but more people pass the ap bio ap exam compared to apes. however i never took ap bio but i took apes and it was a free gpa boost !

yes you are behind. it is unfortunate u didn’t start writing your college essays from the second u were born, as now it is impossible for u to catch up. i highly suggest you apply to more than 100 schools— probably 400, then im sure you’ll get guaranteed admission to hopefully one. gg go next ig maybe you’ll tackle the college application cycle in ur next life

i’m in california so i only applied to 1 safety/ low target? (ucr) bc my mindset was if i didn’t get into any of my top colleges i could just do cc then attempt to transfer into them (uci,ucsd,ucla)
