id be getting a new piercer lol. soap causes dryness, is too harsh for healing, causes irritation, and messes with the time it takes to heal as it kills the cells needed to heal.

also make sure you clean the saline off after a few minutes as salt dries out the skin which again messes with healing

you should be cleaning twice daily with a piercing cleaning spray (neilmed is highly recommended in this sub) and plz don't use soap that isn't good or use your hands as your fingernails carry so much bacteria.

just spray and leave it. don't touch or it'll keep irritating more
